Shipping & Delivery

At GG Designs we aim to dispatch your order within 3 – 5 working days of it being placed. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.

All quoted delivery time are based on standard working days (Monday – Friday)

Orders to the UK Mainland will be delivered using Royal Mail Signed for service and will be charged at £4.95 +VAT. Orders over £100 (ex VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge.

All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Therefore, please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If no-one is present, the courier will attempt to deliver to a neighbour. If there is no answer with the neighbour it will be delivered to your nearest local delivery office. You will be informed whether your parcel was delivered to a neighbour or returned to the delivery office.
